Intimate Weddings
We'll meet at a local coffee shop to get to know one another, talk about what you want (what you really really want) in a wedding photographer, and ask any burning questions.
I'll talk about what I do (what I really really do) on wedding days, give you more details of what's included in each package, and the best part - help visualize your wedding day!
01. THE INITIAL CONSULTATION
You'll likely decide you can't live without me photographing your wedding, so you'll make me an offer I can't refuse! To secure your date, I require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer.
02. booking
I include an engagement session with every full wedding, because I believe it's super important for you to be comfortable in front of the camera and with how I shoot. On your wedding day, you'll be relaxed and laughing at/with me instead of feeling anxious to be photographed.
03. engagement session
4 months out from your wedding date, I'll send your wedding day questionnaire. This will give me all of the information I need to help create your custom photography timeline and shot list, so I can waltz in on the day (I may tango in instead of waltzing - just so you're prepared), cameras in hand, and get down to business (to defeat the Huns! "Mulan" fan? Hope so, or that probably came across as really really weird!)!
04. wedding day questionnaire
Any additional sessions will likely take place within 4-6 months of your wedding day. Your stand-alone bridal session, so you can have a large traditional canvas displayed at your reception...your boudoir session, so you can gift your new spouse a little black book for a wedding present...(I love seeing the blushing when that present is opened!)...anything else you want? Let me know!
05. Bonus sessions? Yes please!
Your wedding day timeline is one of the most important parts of wedding planning! I send you a tentative timeline after you book to start getting an idea of how the day will flow. After your day-of questionnaire is filled out, we finalize it! I want to make sure there's plenty of time for all of the important moments so you don't feel rushed.

It's finally here! Enjoy the party, relish the intimacy and joy of your day, and let me handle the rest. Your planner and I will keep things on schedule and be there to help with anything that's needed, while I document the biggest and most fun day of your life so far. All you have to do is let go, trust me, and focus on your wedding and marriage.

You'll get a sneak peek of your wedding day images within 3 days, and your full gallery will be available in your personal client portal within 3 months of your wedding! The high-resolution digital images can be easily shared on social media or directly to family and friends!

After you receive your final gallery, I make it super easy to order custom-designed luxury albums, fine art prints, and heirloom products through your online gallery. You will also receive a print release for your digital images. All print products will be delivered as ASAP as possible!
