Where do I start with Baby C.?! She is such a cute baby – a little chunker at 10lbs and we had the best time capturing her Krum lifestyle newborn session. I loved working with her, her parents, and her big sister A. Everyone was so sweet and I’m so excited to be sharing these portraits with you today.
Krum Lifestyle Newborn Session
C. was a super chill baby. I really lucked out with her at this session – she was asleep the entire time. I loved watching her parents snuggle up with her in the nursery and we were able to capture some beautiful portraits of the two girls together. Her big sister insisted on reading to the baby almost the entire session, but I actually really love moments like this. They’re so natural – and not only that, we’ve frozen some of your kids favorite things in those frames. A. shared all of her favorite books with her little sister and now that moment is preserved forever.
One of the reasons I love lifestyle sessions so much is that we have the space and time to breathe as much as we need. Although Baby C. was super content for our entire session, it’s not always like that. Because we’re at home, breaks are totally okay – they’re encouraged. Whether it’s you, the baby, or the big kids, it’s perfectly fine to need a break. Since we’re at home, it’s easy to find the snacks or a new diaper. There’s literally no stress about fitting into a time slot at studio somewhere. It’s so freeing for all of us!
